SCOPE OF WORK
1. Pre-Delivery Inspection

2. Sounding/Ullaging of All Tanks

Conducting precise measurements before and after bunkering.

Calculating VCF, density, and temperature according to ISO 91 & ASTM standards.

Determining ROB and total bunker quantity.
3. Monitoring the Entire Bunkering Operation

Observing pumping rate, line pressure, and temperature variations.

Recording start/stop time and any operational issues.

Witnessing bunker sample collection.
4. Post-Delivery Inspection

Re-measuring all tanks to confirm the actual delivered quantity.

Comparing results with the Bunker Delivery Note (BDN).

Providing independent and unbiased assessment.
